The brand sentiment, "A refreshingly different approach to savings & mortgages", is inspired and informed by Hinckley & Rugby’s practice of considering every mortgage application individually and their reputation for outstanding customer service.
Beyond joining the words Hinckley & Rugby, the ampersand represents the building society’s connection to the members, the staff and the wider community; a symbol of togetherness.
